Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 March 2026

These Terms apply to all website packages ordered from Trades Marketing Toolkit.

By submitting an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Trades Marketing Toolkit provides a fixed-scope WordPress website package for £395.

The base package includes:

• Home page
• Contact page
• Service hub page
• Up to six individual service pages
• One primary service location
• One revision round
• Delivery of a draft website within 3–5 working days

Websites are built using pre-designed templates adapted for the client’s trade, services and location.

Optional add-ons may be selected during the order process.

2. Optional Add-Ons

Optional add-ons may include:

• Additional service pages
• Additional location pages
• Gallery page

Add-ons must be selected during the order process.

Requests for work outside the defined scope may require a separate quote.

3. Payment Terms

No payment is required when placing an order.

Once the website draft has been completed, the client will receive a preview link to review the website.

If the client approves the website, an invoice will be issued for the agreed total amount.

Final website files or installation will only be provided once full payment has been received.

4. Draft Review & Approval Window

Once the draft website has been delivered, the client has 5 calendar days to review the website and request their included revision.

If no feedback is received within 5 days, the project may be considered approved and an invoice may be issued.

Preview links are provided solely for review purposes and may be removed after the review period.

5. Non-Payment

If a client chooses not to proceed after reviewing the draft website, no payment is required and the project will be cancelled.

Trades Marketing Toolkit reserves the right to reuse or repurpose any template work created for unpaid projects.

6. Delivery Timeline

The 3–5 working day delivery timeframe begins once all required information has been provided through the order form.

Delays in providing required information, files or responses may extend the delivery timeframe.

Delivery refers to the provision of a preview draft for review.

7. Revisions

One revision round is included with the website package.

A revision round consists of reasonable text edits, image swaps and minor layout adjustments within the selected template.

Requests that require structural changes, additional sections, new page layouts or significant content rewriting may fall outside the fixed-scope package and may require a separate quote.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Supply logos or images where available
• Ensure all submitted content is lawful and owned or licensed for use
• Respond to requests for clarification where necessary

Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.

9. Hosting

Websites are built for installation on the client’s own WordPress hosting account.

Hosting services are not included in the website package.

The client is responsible for maintaining their hosting account.

Trades Marketing Toolkit may assist with installation where access to a fresh WordPress installation is provided.

10. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client once full payment has been received.

Until payment has been completed, all website files, designs and content remain the property of Trades Marketing Toolkit.

Preview websites remain the property of Trades Marketing Toolkit and are provided solely for review purposes.

Copying, reproducing or replicating any part of the draft website prior to payment is prohibited.

Trades Marketing Toolkit reserves the right to disable preview access and reuse any unpaid website work.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the website service.

Trades Marketing Toolkit shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
